About Learn AP Physics
This site was developed to help students of AP Physic C: Mechanics, AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism, AP Physics 1, and AP Physics 2 courses develop their skills in physics problem-solving.
The original problems for this site were written from 2009 - 2014. Since that time, the College Board has modified these courses as well as the test formats themselves (moving from five multiple-choice responses to four, for example). Unit topics for the Physics C courses are still very well aligned; unit topics for Physics 1 and 2 have shifted more.
This site is maintained by Richard White, an AP Physics teacher in Pasadena, California. I am happy to correspond with physics students and teachers—particularly if you notice an error in a problem!—but am unable to offer tutoring or individual problem-solving advice. I am a full-time instructor, and working with my own students keeps me very busy.
